    The Essential is ideal for intimate celebrations that call for a polished, effortless bar experience. This package includes professional beer and wine service, thoughtful pre-event planning, and full bar setup and breakdown. TIPS-certified bartenders provide up to five hours of service, along with all essential bar supplies including disposable cups, napkins, ice, coolers, and a water station—allowing you to enjoy your celebration while we handle the details.

  • Effortless service for elevated celebrations.

    The Premier builds upon The Essential with an expanded bar experience. In addition to beer and wine service, this package includes a curated selection of two to four liquor options, premium mixers, and garnishes for thoughtfully crafted cocktails. Two TIPS-certified bartenders ensure smooth, attentive service, making this package perfect for celebrations that call for added variety and refinement.

    The Zero-Proof & Specialty Bar offers an elevated alternative or addition to traditional bar service. This experience features two handcrafted mocktails, and/or a curated coffee bar, and/or a hot chocolate bar with refined toppings. From full setup to service and presentation, every detail is handled with care—ideal for daytime events, family-friendly celebrations, or non-alcoholic service.

    Our curated enhancements allow you to personalize and elevate your bar experience while maintaining a cohesive, refined aesthetic. Available with any package, enhancements may include custom signature cocktails, personalized menus and signage, extended service time, additional bartenders, champagne service, or the addition of a coffee or hot chocolate bar. Enhancements can be added during the planning process to ensure your bar service aligns perfectly with your celebration.

Dry Hire Notice

We operate as a dry hire mobile bar service. In accordance with Virginia ABC laws, clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol. We’re happy to assist with menu planning and quantity recommendations.

With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, I’m passionate about creating experiences that leave a lasting impression. As a mama of two boys, family and connection are everything to me, and I bring that same care and attention to every event we serve. True Spirits allows me to combine my love of service with my excitement for bringing people together in celebration.

Codi - Co-Owner Army veteran, a licensed practical nurse and the proud mom of 3. With over 5 years of bartending experience, I enjoy blending creativity ,elegance, fun and above all care in everything I do. Whether it’s mixing the perfect cocktail or making every event feel special. Life for me is all about connection, flavor and bringing people together for unforgettable moments in life.

  • No — True Spirits is a dry-hire service. We provide professional bartenders, elegant setup, mixers, garnishes, and service, but alcohol must be purchased by the host.

    In Virginia, only licensed businesses can sell alcohol. Operating as a dry hire allows us to focus on hospitality while giving you full control over your beverage choices. We can also guide you if a One-Day Banquet License is required.

  • YES! We carry general liability and liquor liability!

  • You need someone to make excellent drinks and ensure your guests have a great time. This also lessens the possibility of your guests over serving themselves and will save you money on supplies. We take care of the set up, clean up and stocking so you can enjoy your event. Most importantly our insurance covers you.

  • We serve events within 30 miles of our homebase in Bedford, VA. Travel beyond this radius will incur a fee, which will be included in your custom quote.

  • We provide bartending services for but not excluded to weddings, engagment parties, rehersal dinners, birthday parties, anniversary parties, graduations, company event, holiday parties, baby showers, fundraisers, etc… you name it and we will be there.

  • Every event is different and every event has guests with different drinking styles, therefore once you book with us we will provide you with a shopping list.
